At Mystique Aura, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy explains your right to return an item, how to request a refund, and the conditions that apply.

1. Change of Mind / Cooling-Off Period

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Fragrances with broken seals or signs of use cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

To start a return, please email us at support@mystiqueaura.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may request photos to assess the issue.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges incurred.

3. Return Instructions

  • Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving instructions.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received safely.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Items returned outside the 14-day period (unless faulty)
